OUTFront, a program of Amnesty International, has released a new report, Stonewalled, on the on-going police harassment and abuse of transgender, lesbian, gay and bisexual people. We know this continues to be a problem within our own city, and we work to end police brutality toward all people. To that end we collaborate with the Justice for DC Youth Campaign, which won enormous victories in the last years, and now is set to tackle police violence against youth in a city-wide campaign. We also are supporting a new project by the American Friends Service Committee to hold police accountable.
