| Different Avenues would like to express our condolences to the families of two transgendered women, Bella Evangelista and Emonie Spaulding, who were murdered in separate incidents in Washington DC during the past week. We all send out much love to Ms Punana Walker who was critically injured on August 20, 2003. Get well, Ms Punana. We have heard that Ms Punana is slowly recovering and we will place an update here as soon as we hear more. |
