We pride ourselves on a history of quality outreach to a variety of marginalized outreach in the DC area. Although at different times funding has had to affect our ability to do certain kinds of outreach, we feel that many of the people we meet during outreach are not connected to other agencies or services. Each week we bring safer sex supplies, information, and a friendly face to people across DC. We do outreach in venues, on the street, and we have a newly launched internet outreach project that will bring our outreach workers into the world wide web, but focusing on connecting with people in DC. This initiative is very exciting for us, and we are glad to be doing it in collaboration with the DC Concerned Providers Coalition, and linking it with the specialized clinic, "Different Avenues at Egypt," which happens once a month.
